He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was interested in, as well as friendly. I also had a chance to speak with Kim Penner (finance manager) who made you feel very comfortable during the finance process.

Great great great service, absolutely remarkable. Always willing to discuss the problems I have with the car other than the scheduled maintenance content. Even though I bought my vehicle second hand somewhere else and bring it here for service, they still provide very friendly service not like OpenRoad Lexus Richmond.
Our family was looking at getting another vehicle which had a large back trunk and Kevin was our go to guy. Despite all the different needs we had and different changes we made in decision making during our purchase, he was very helpful and did what he thought was best for us. Kevin was awesome. I mistakenly showed up at the Service location, Kevin was called and his arrival was prompt. I was in my grubby/weekend attire and Kevin was open and nonjudgmental. We went for a test drive, made an appointment for the next day. Our pick up was to be Tuesday afternoon, I received a call in the morning that a scratch was discovered while the car was being detailed, delaying the process. The Team at Mini Cooper Yale town were accommodatingly, a loaner vehicle was provided and we picked up our car 4 days later. The delay was due to my schedule and they were awesome. Kevin has followed up with phone calls and I would not hesitate in recommending him for anyone looking to get a Mini Cooper.

I Love the Mini Cooper, so when it was time to replace the old with new, there was no question, it was going to be another Mini Cooper. This time with a couple of extra doors ; - ) Nima Soleimany was a pleasure to deal with, he was professional, but yet had a great sense of humour and most of all a high level of customer service. I had the specifc colour all picked out, Nima drove it to the Yaletown location from Terminal and by the time we got there i had changed my mind about the colour. No problem he said and once we completed the deal - he personally went back to the Terminal location to wash and clean up the Electric Blue Mini Cooper and brought it back so that I could take it home that afternoon. Now that is my kind of sales guy. I would so that for my customers, being in sales myself, so when i have an experience like that, it makes me smile. Nice job Nima. #veryhappyminicustomer
Vince Chen was outstanding. The chat window on the website is an excellent feature, we genuinely would not have purchased the car that day had it not been for that feature. The side mirror caps have been mis shipped twice and the installation of them has been delayed for a week with several extras visits required but I don't put that on Vince or the dealership, that's a supplier issue.
My family and I had a fantastic experience at the Yaletown Mini store. We were greeted with warm welcomes and were asked if we needed coffee or tea shortly after making conversation. Derrick was the staff who dealt with our purchase and he was absolutely wonderful giving me one of the best customer service experiences I've had. He explained everything thoroughly and with exceptional patience. Neither one of us were too familiar with cars, but he took time to clearly detail everything we needed to know and explained to us the pros and cons of leasing and financing in order for us to make the best choice that suits are needs. He was very polite, friendly and professional throughout the process making us feel very comfortable and taken care of. This was the first stop of our car search, and I personally never thought I'd end up walking out with a Mini Cooper right away, but working with Derrick made me feel like we were in good hands and we quickly changed our minds. When there is so much competition out there, customer service really makes a difference. He even emphasized that we could call him any time should we have any questions, as we were all new to all the fancy functionalities of a Mini Cooper. I'm thankful to receive this survey so that I could send him my compliments. It is rare to meet a salesperson who has such a caring attitude, doesn't make me feel pressured into making a purchase and continued to take care of my needs after the transaction is over. I've worked in the customer service industry for many years and there is definitely a lot we could learn from him. Thank you all for the wonderful experience!
