I have been doing all of my services at Hyundai in Richmond, and I am always greeted by Molly. I am always explained very clearly what needs to happen, and what I should not be concerned about. Sure I can spend less somewhere else, but I feel confident when I drop my car off at Hyundai that it will be done properly and honestly.
It was my first experience servicing my car and it was great! The people were very friendly and efficient. :)

Really great service and our salesperson (Ben) was really friendly and straightforward when he was dealing with us (both me and my girlfriend bought cars from the dealership in the gap of 2 days).
The staff are always friendly and explain in detail as to what is to be done in simple and understandable terms.
Matt & Robyn have been very helpful in getting my issues resolved; always offered me a loaner car even if it was for an extended period of time.
Daniel C is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He has always listened to my concerns and always found a solution, when others were not able to do so. Extremely professional and helpful.
08/26/2016 - I am emailing to let you know about my experience purchasing a used car yesterday. Justin Misenas was the sales person helping me. I was incredibly impressed with how every step of the process went! Justin was incredibly knowledgeable about the Prius I purchased and was able to answer all of my questions. This was a welcome change to the experience I had at another Toyota dealership earlier this week. In the end, I felt as though I had all the information I needed to feel comfortable purchasing my first hybrid vehicle. Justin took the time to explain all the features and went so far as helping me set up my Bluetooth. The finance office was just as great to work with. Thank you for making my car buying experience so great that I felt the need to email you and let you know about it.
08/24/2016 - We went originally to look at a used Mazda 3 as our daughter has a Mazda 5 from the same Dealership and after dealing with Darius and looking at a few used 3's he then showed us some of the new Mazda 3's. We then decided to purchase a 2016 Mazda 3 as we liked all the information he gave us on the new cars. He was very knowledgeable and well informed and we would be happy to recommend him to any of our friends and family.
