I recently purchased a Certified Pre-owned vehicle from OpenRoad Lexus Richmond and I felt compelled to write to inform the managers of the excellent service that I experienced at your dealership. Specifically, I would like to thank Mr. Ollie Rocha for the professional and courteous service. From the moment we arrived, his informed and knowledgeable approach helped us to find the perfect vehicle and we could not be happier. We would like to comment on the outstanding customer service received by Jonathan Mak, Salesperson .OpenRoad Lexus Richmond . We have interfaced with countless sales representatives from multiple dealers over our lifetimes. Without a doubt, Jonathan has been the best sales person we have dealt with in many years. From our first call to him, he was professional and responded to us quickly regarding a sport car we were interested in. He worked well with us to discuss our needs and quickly followed through showing exactly what we wanted in a car that was in stock at the dealership. Everything he did was honest, straight forward and he delivered on our expectations, right through to the delivery of our shiny, new NX 200T as well as subsequent follow-up to ensure we were happy customers. We sincerely hope Lexus will work to hire employees like Jonathan to represent the excellence of Lexus.....

Since I managed to squeeze 15+ years out of my previous Honda Civic, I decided to buy a new one in 2015. Having gone to this location for servicing my old vehicle over the past six or seven years, I decided to purchase from OpenRoad Honda as well. Even though I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted before even going into the showroom, David Le Drew took great care of me and pointed out all of the new features and made the whole process run smoothly. Actually all of the folks who I interacted with (ranging from the front desk greeters, the other sales folk, the insurance specialist and even the ones who finally took my money) behaved professionally and were a pleasure to do business with. When the day came for me to pick up my new car, David was there once again there to help, and showed me everything I needed to know before I drove my spanky new vehicle off the lot.

My family was looking into purchasing a new car, and we stopped by OpenRoad Honda a few weeks back. That was our first encounter with Chuck Wan. He is a very friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic person which made the visits to OpenRoad Honda enjoyable. His customer service skills are on point! We can happily say that we now have a new addition to our car family - a 2015 Honda Civic EX! So thank you, Chuck, for the immense help and great advice! Keep being awesome!

I recently, just bought a Honda Civic LX and the customer service was outstanding, with regards to Chuck Wan who helped me. He made my experience with Open Road Honda smooth and exciting! He's a excellent person overall, funny, and informative; I would definitely recommending to any future consumers to ask for him if you are looking for a good salesman who knows what he does best, making the customer happy.

11/4/2015 - The service I received from everyone at OpenRoad was excellent. And it was great to have my car returned clean and ready to go.

I have been comparing three mini dealer stores, and eventually I travelled to Vancouver from Victoria to purchase my car in MINI Yaletown. The sales Phillip is super nice, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. He was willing to offer the lowest price too. Highly recommend car buyers to go check the cars and price there before you make purchasing decisions. Good luck & I love Mr. Blue(my cars's name).

I purchased my new Mini Cooper from Philip Man at Mini Yaletown. If you are thinking about buying a mini, this is the place to go and Philip is the person to deal with. I've bought new cars on several occasions and this was the best experience! Philip is great to deal with, professional and courteous. No pressure tactics - just an upfront purchase at the price I wanted. After sale follow up was great, and Philip was able and willing to resolve minor issues post sale. Looking forward to continuing my relationship with Yaletown.

In all honesty I would rather go to the dentist than buy a new car. I hate buying cars. I hate the process, I hate the sleezy upsells, I hate the games..... that is, until I went to Yaletown Mini and met Philip Man. First of all the atmosphere wasn't something I had ever experienced before. I walked in and asked for Philip and his colleague said Philip was busy for another 5 minutes so his colleague asked if he could walk me through the cars while Philip finished up. He assured me they were all on the same team so there was no need to worry. As the host brought over my latte and his colleague wrapped up explaining the differences between the 2014 and the 2015 Minis, Philip walked over and started the process. There was no sales pitch. There was no upselling. He simply asked what I needed and wanted, he helped me find the Mini I wanted, and then we worked on the price. There was no back and forth, no checking with the manager, no upsells, and no games. It was the car buying process that every dealership should model. There's no doubt I will buy my next car through Philip and no doubt why year after year he is the number one salesman at Mini. Oh and by the way Graham in services knocked it out of the park too.
