As a newcomer to the province, I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received from BMW Langley. The Service Advisor, Johnny Kan kept me informed throughout the entire process while the technicians kept the costs down by evaluating the condition of my vehicle’s existing parts. The dealership overall is a beautiful new facility that seems to be very functional for its customers. The staff provided excellent service. I am most impressed that even though I don't have a very new or expensive BMW, the staff seemed to have my best interest in mind in terms of keeping my car running perfectly without spending more money than necessary. You can count on me being a return customer! Thanks again!
This is a long overdue "thank you" to you and your fabulous team. We are so very impressed with your consistently "top notch" service since 2005. Owning a Lexus has been a "worry free" experience. Our SC430 still drives like a new car after all these years. No doubt it has a lot to do with proper service and in a timely fashion. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the wonderful service and the even better treatment from the staff in your service department.  I had an unfortunate situation with my vehicle and your staff treated me with care and understanding. Jason at the service desk was fabulous and John very honest and sincere with me about my options. I always feel at ease when I’m at OpenRoad Lexus as I know I will be treated well and fairly. I wanted to take this opportunity to recognize Matt for his outstanding customer service! Matt went above and beyond to ensure that I had an alternate mode of transportation while my car was being serviced. He also went out of his way to acquire the alternator that I needed (even if that meant sending out a driver to pick it up all the way in Abbotsford!). Through his actions, there were no interruptions in my life while I was waiting for my car to be fixed. The end result was a happy Hyundai customer! Our family appreciates what he did for us, and we will not hesitate to recommend him and the dealership to anyone who asks! Well done Matt!
I’m very fortunate to have established a very good working relationship with David. In spite of the driving the distance from Langley to Port Moody which is about the distance from Mississauga to Downtown Toronto (and with Langley Toyota Town being much closer), I prefer servicing at OpenRoad Port Moody. I feel that OpenRoad Auto Group employees conduct themselves in a manner that every consumer should experience. The service is second to none and they look after every need. With the fact that Dave is in charge of the service department; the way that he runs the show and treats the customers is exemplary. Dave has bent over backwards to facilitate the best service for me. He always makes sure that things are done in a timely manner no matter how challenging the task. In addition, Dave also holds a very high quality standard and it shows! I’ve never second guessed purchasing a vehicle from OpenRoad Toyota Port Moody and have also referred many family members and friends to the dealership. Thank you so much!
I wanted to formally and publicly commend Kenneth Lee for the excellent service he provided to me. It was almost closing time yet Kenneth spent the next 2-3 hours troubleshooting with me to get my car started. He even offered me his BCAA service. It was cold outside that evening and Kenneth should have been at home with his boys.  Kenneth, however, refused to give up and finally the problem was rectified on a temporary basis. Over the next few days, Kenneth followed up with me to make sure I was doing the next right thing to resolve the issue with my car. In my opinion, the level of service that Kenneth provided exceeded my expectations.  I was so impressed by the support and service provided by him. I believe that Kenneth should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate. He has been and always will be my sales representative! Thank you Kenneth!
